We are going to make a family trip in June 2013. It's a family of 12. We were told we can book early and make payments, is it still a $200 deposit per person? And if anyone backs out going, do we get our deposit back.

Hi there Tanya,

In order to book multiple rooms, it's best to call the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) WDISNEY, since there is no option to do so online. You will be able to link each reservation together, but each room will be treated as an individual reservation and a $200. deposit will be required for each room at the time of booking. If one "room" backs out, the $200 deposit that was paid on that particular room will indeed be refunded to the original payment source!

Once the reservations are linked together, it will be easy to make changes or cancellations as needed and you can also make requests that the rooms are all located in the same area of the resort!
