    Seasons Greetings, Iris!

Welcome to planDisney! Chatting about visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth during the Christmas season definitely gets me in the holiday spirit. It's the merriest time of year to visit. The holiday season is in full swing and there are so many exciting ways to enjoy the festivities at Walt Disney World Resort. But before you can start making your magical must-do list and checking twice, you'll need to book your Christmastime adventure. Here are some tips and tricks for booking your stay and getting ready to arrive ready for festive fun.

You can start planning your upcoming stay on the Walt Disney World website. You can check out the various resorts in the Walt Disney World Resort Collection, compare theme park tickets, and research Enchanting Extras to enhance your stay. If you have confirmed your travel dates and party, I recommend booking your vacation package as soon as possible. The holiday season is a popular time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and some hotels are fully booked several months in advance. When you are ready to book your stay, I recommend starting by creating a My Disney Experience account for yourself, and that each adult member of your travel party creates an account too. Parents of the children traveling with you should create their accounts on their behalf. Then you can link your accounts, making planning together a breeze.

Once your accounts are created you can book your vacation package on the Walt Disney World website in moments. Just enter your dates and travel party to get started. A travel party of this size will need multiple rooms, and each family can book their vacation packages separately on the website. You can also speak to a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations by phone. They will be able to book your room and ticket packages and link your hotel reservations together.

After you have booked your stay, you will need to make Disney Park Pass reservations for each member of your travel party ages 3 and up. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to valid theme park tickets. Because this is such an amazing time to visit, some dates may be fully booked well in advance. I suggest checking the theme park availability calendar before purchasing your tickets to ensure your favorite parks still have openings.

I hope your upcoming adventure is merry and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
