My family is travelling to Disney for the first time this July from the 9th to the 13th! I am thinking about spending our last afternoon in Downtown Disney at the Quest Indoor Park. Will there be enough to do there with my 3 yr old and 5 yr old? Thanks!

    Hi Larissa,

My family just visited DisneyQuest last spring.  My tween son loved the entire experience - bumper cars, virtual reality attractions, and unlimited classic video games.  If the place didn't close at a specific hour, he would have stayed there forever.

That was my son's first visit to DisneyQuest and he was eleven years old at the time.  I'm inclined to think that this facility is more geared toward school age children than preschoolers.  While there will be some games your three-year-old will enjoy, I'm not sure there's enough there to keep him or her happy for an entire afternoon.  It may not be worth the price of admission for your whole family to spend the afternoon at DisneyQuest until your children are a bit older.  In a few years they'll likely love DisneyQuest as much as my son did.

Don't worry though!  There's so much to do at Downtown Disney.  I could shop there for days and days!  The World of Disney Store has so many fabulous souvenirs and I bet your kids would love to explore the incredible Lego Store, candy shop, and toy store.  There are places to make your own radio controlled cars and light sabers too.  My young nephew just loves to make his own stuffed dinosaur at T-Rex.  I'm sure you'll find plenty to do to fill your last magical afternoon at Walt Disney World.

If you need any additional advice, don't hesitate to ask!
