Hi Brian!
Tell your wife the Walt Disney World Moms Panel wishes her a happy birthday and a huge CONGRATS for graduating from graduate school! What an accomplishment! There is no better place in the world to celebrate such an achievement than Walt Disney World.
There are several special things you can do to celebrate:
1 - Call the Disney Florist at 407-WDW-GIFT to arrange for flowers, balloons or a beautiful gift to be delivered to the room during your stay. There are many packages available, including graduation gifts, that your wife will love. Personally, I love the
wishing rose and bracelet package.
2 - Make an Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) at one of the many wonderful restaraunt's at Walt Disney World and make a note on the reservation that you are celebrating a birthday. Many of the dining locations will even deliver a cupcake, complete with a candle, to the birthday girl. California Grill and Le Cellier are two wonderful options.
3 - Order a cake from the Walt Disney World bakery and have it delivered to your room during your stay.
4 - Tell a Cast Member that it is her birthday when you arrive, and she will receive a birthday pin with her name on it.
5 - Consider hiring an in-room sitter or using the Children's Club at your resort (if your particular resort has one) to have an adult night out. Take her to a nice dinner, such as at Narcoossee's, and enjoy
Jellyrolls piano bar after dinner.
I know that no matter what you choose to do, you will have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World!
Magically,
Stacy
