My family will be traveling to WDW this March and we are trying to decide between the Quick Dining Meal Plan and the Dining Plus Meal Plan. Does anyone have any feedback on which one they prefer? Are the table service meals really worth all the planning?

    Hi, Terri!

The Disney Dining Plans are fantastic in that they allow you to try a variety of different restaurants while economizing some of the cost of your vacation.

The Quick Service Plan is wonderful for the family that likes to hit as much Park action as possible when at Walt Disney World. These counter-service meals are served with a minimum amount of time, allowing the diner to be back in the swing of things quickly.

The Table Service Plan is perfect for those who want to experience more of the restaurant offerings around the World. This plan opens doors to new and different cuisines - think Epcot and Animal Kingdom - as well as character dining experiences and signature dining.

As for the table service meals .... I cannot say enough about the meal offerings you'll get to try. From immersive character interactions to high-end, gourmet meals, the table-service plan will enable your traveling party to see all kinds of sides of Disney Dining.

And it's my opinion that yes, the meals are worth the advance planning. I'd suggest creating a list in priority order of what restaurants you really want to try, and then, when your 180-day window opens, that you call (407) WDW-DINE or visit the online reservation center, and try to get as many of those "ressies," as they're known, as possible.

If I can be of any help with recommendations or reviews, please feel free to drop me a line!

    See you later, celebrator,
