Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Your trip to Walt Disney World will be here before you know it – I’m so excited for you and your kiddos!
I called Disability Services for you because I wanted to be absolutely sure of the answer to your question. The Disney handheld descriptive device is not Bluetooth-enabled, so you each child will need his or her own device. The Cast Member I spoke with also wanted to be sure you’re aware that each device requires a fully refundable $25 deposit. There’s more information about
services Guests with Visual Impairments on the Walt Disney World Website, and the phone number to contact Disability Services is (407) 560-2547 should you have any further questions at all. The website includes a list of attractions where audio description is available at each of the four parks, which should help with your planning.
Jennifer, enjoy your summer visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I love visiting during summer because it’s a free pass to eat frozen treats at every turn, which meals a daily dose of Dole Whip for me!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
