    Our family will be traveling to WDW in July. Trying to make dining reservations, unfortunately Portobella at Disney Springs doesn't have their time slots available at this time. Any idea when they'll be uploading them?

    Hello Amber!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Earlier this year, I responded to a similar question about Portobello Country Italian Trattoria at DIsney Springs that made me fear that the lack of Advanced Dining Reservations after April 30th was a sign that the restaurant was closing up shop.

    Upon contacting the restaurant directly however, the unofficial response was that the Portobello Country Italian Trattoria may be scheduled for refurbishment or construction at that time and as such, was not taking Advanced Dining Reservations for those dates.  I suggest you keep checking for Advanced Dining Reservations if you have your heart set on dining at Portobello Country Italian Trattoria as refurbishment or construction plans often change or are completed ahead of schedule and you may still have an opportunity to savor flavors of Italy in this idyllic setting.

    As an alternative to Portobello Country Italian Trattoria, I suggest:

    You can always change your Advanced Dining Reservations back to Portobello Country Italian Trattoria if they become available up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
