    Hello! My family will be traveling to WDW in December right before the holidays. We have 2 unused 2-day 1 park tickets that we would like to apply toward annual passes. Is this possible? Do we have to do it in person or can we handle that by phone/online?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

    I’ve used multi-day tickets towards the purchase of a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass before, as recently as this spring, so it’s definitely doable. Unfortunately, without actually seeing your tickets or knowing more about the when and how they were purchased, it’s hard for me to know whether you’ll be able to use them towards an “upgrade” to a Annual Pass during your family’s visit this December. Even if they are eligible, the one thing that I know for sure is that these kinds of upgrades must be done in person at any Guest Relations window at any one of the Theme Parks or at Disney Springs.
