My family and I will be traveling to WDW in Dec. 2011. We were wondering if the PhotoPass service is available during the evening for pictures in front of the Castle lit up for Christmas. We are looking forward to all the decorations in the parks.

    Hi Pamela,

Your trip will here before you know it! If you've never seen Cinderella Castle draped in the Castle Dreams lights, get ready to be amazed - it is out of this world beautiful!

I love Disney's PhotoPass! They always get some really great shots and it leaves me free to get in the pictures with my boys!  I also love playing around with the frame options and little extras you can add to your photos once you log onto your PhotoPass account.

There are indeed Disney's PhotoPass Photographers in the Magic Kingdom during the evening. There will be several that can capture Cinderella Castle in your pictures from different views.  Look for them all along Main Street. There is usually one stationed near the Partners Station in the hub in front of the Castle.  You'll also find them on the bridge heading into Tomorrowland near the entrance to the Rose Garden. There is also one usually on the bridge towards the Tea Cups.  You'll also find one stationed near the Crystal Palace that offers a great view of the Castle in the background.  Click here to see a map of locations.

The PhotoPass Photographers' pictures are great. I like getting shots from several different locations to get different views of the Castle.

Wishing you many magical holiday memories :-) Allison
