My family and I are traveling with three small ones ages 1, 2, and 5. They eat healthy and I was wondering am I allowed to bring our own snacks and drinks into the park with us. We were also wondering is Disney World offered any healthy snacks?

    Hi Kourtni,

You are certainly welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks into the park with you.  It will be more convenient for you and a lot cheaper too!

One great thing about Disney is that is it very conscience of their food offerings and quality.  You'll be able to find wonderful fresh fruit and different kinds of salads, as well as children's snacks that are low on sugar and still tasty!

I can guarantee you that you won't have a problem finding a huge amount of healthy varieties to enjoy.  Have a wonderful time on your trip!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
