    My family and I will be traveling to Florida December 4-8th, in celebration of my grandson's 10th Birthday, December 5th. Which Disney park would you suggest for a 10 year old?

    Hi Barbara!

    Thanks so much for your question. We have seven sons whose very favorite birthday celebrations through the years have been at Walt Disney World. This will be one of your grandson's most wonderful birthdays ever. I am so excited for him! 

    There are so many unique and exciting things about each Park, it is really hard to choose just one favorite Park for a 10-year-old.  If your grandson is the thrill-ride type of guy, I would definitely choose Magic Kingdom. Who can resist Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Splash Mountain? Add on top of that all the pirate happenings in Adventureland (Pirates of the Caribbean, Pirates League) and you've got yourself a pretty amazing day! If your little guy is more likely to love Star Wars, head for Hollywood Studios where Star Wars Launch Bay and Star Tours-The Adventure Continues is just the beginning of amazing things to come. Top your night off with Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular--an incredible Star Wars themed fireworks show-- along with the Dessert Party that includes a reserved viewing spot. Either way, it will be a day and night he will always remember! So much fun! Also, take a look at all the fantastic ways to Customize Your Celebration. No one celebrates quite like Disney and I couldn't be more excited for your grandson. He is going to have the time of his life!
