Hello Liz!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting it is to be staying on property at the Disneyland Resort!
I just came back from the most amazing stay at
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel this month! I loved the beachy feel to the resort and laid back atmosphere. The Cast Members there are amazing and will make sure you have the best stay. When we stay on property, my family usually stays in a
Disney Vacation Club Villa at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. When we do, we order food through Amazon Prime. The app makes it easy and convenient to get what you need. A quick check shows they are still currently delivering in the Disneyland Resort area. They always have everything we need and you can set your delivery time and date when you place an order. I would order at least 48 hours in advance so that you can have more choices of delivery times. If you wait too long, you may have to wait longer than you want to get your items. We stick to Amazon Prime now, but in the past we’ve also used Instacart at
Walt Disney World. I’m not sure if Instacart delivers in the Disneyland Resort area, but it's another option you can look into.
When I stayed at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel this month, I had a club level room with amazing views. It came with access to the
Beach Comber Club. It’s the hotel’s version of a concierge club like at other hotels but better! You can add the Beach Comber Club option to your stay for an additional fee. It will take away the worry of having to order items and keep them in your room. The lounge offers everything you need right at your fingertips! You’ll have access to the lounge for relaxing or grabbing breakfast before you head to the parks. Maybe you want to stop by after the pool or just stop by for a quick snack. I found myself in the lounge every second I could! The food items rotate daily but during my stay I enjoyed hard boiled eggs, lox and bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and many more items. There was juice, fresh coffee and even a Nespresso machine for those fancy latte drinks! For lunch and dinner hours I enjoyed items like sandwiches, chicken wings, meatballs, a variety of deli meats and cheeses, chips & salsa, roasted veggies, fresh veggies and too many more to name. I can’t forget the fridge filled with soft drinks and the variety of beers and wine for those 21 and older. It definitely makes your vacation easy breezy and something I would consider for your stay.
Well Liz, no matter which option you choose, I’m sure your stay at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel will be simply amazing!
Remember, always believe in the magic!
