On the
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap on the menu (three gray horizontal lines) in the lower right corner. When the menu of options appears, tap "Tickets and Passes." When your tickets appear, you'll notice the phrase "Reassign Ticket" under each ticket - tap it! When the list of Guests in "Your Family & Friends" group appears, you can go about reassigning the tickets to the appropriate people in your group!
The same "Reassign Ticket" feature is also available in your
My Disney Experience account on your computer! Just sign-in to your My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans." Then scroll down a bit on your screen and select "Tickets and Memory Maker." The names of your Guests, and their tickets, will appear. Next to their name you can click the "Reassign Ticket" button to begin reassigning tickets to the correct people in your group!
