My family is traveling to Disney World in October. My sister is disabled and will be using electric scooter to get around park. Would she be able to get to front of the lines for rides along with family or just with fast pass?

    Hi Tony,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! October is a wonderful time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

Be sure to share with your sister the Services for Guests with Disabilities Guide. On that page, we have found the Park Guides for Guests with Disabilities particularly helpful. The Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities includes a list of which attractions can be accessed by guests in ECVs and/or wheelchairs.

If your sister cannot tolerate a traditional line queue, then I suggest you stop by Guest Relations and register her for the Disability Access Service. Once registered, you can approach a cast member at the entrance to a ride or attraction and request a return time for that attraction. When my husband has used the Disability Access Service, the girls and I have been allowed to ride with him. A cast member in Guest Relations will confirm the number of additional guests that can board the attraction with your sister using her Disability Access Service. When we have used this service in the past, any of us could request the return time for the ride but my husband had to check-in first when returning to actually board the ride. We have been able to use the Disability Access Service in addition to Fast Pass+.

Tony, I am sending pixie dust your way trusting that you will have a magical time!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
