Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel, Michelle! Thank you for bringing us this great question.
There are several variables when planning transportation from the airport to Walt Disney World as well as traveling within Disney property. If you are arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and using Disney's Magical Express to transport you to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, you should expect the trip to take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This includes walking from your gates, waiting for the next bus and travel time to the resort. If you are arriving at one of the other area airports, such as Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), you should tack on at least an hour to that estimate.
Once you are at your resort, you should plan on at least an hour for your trip to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Again, this will include waiting for the bus, travel time and getting from the bus into the park then to
Hollywood & Vine.
As you can see, you COULD make it on time. However, if any unforeseen circumstances should arise, such as your plane arriving late, you really have no wiggle room.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any other questions, please come back and see me.
Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
