Our family is traveling to Disney. It will be myself, my husband, our 3yo, 7month old & my parents. Can you tell me which property you would suggest between all the villa locations? We will most likely visit all the theme parks. Thank you.

    Hi Tracie!

We travel with my parents frequently, and love the ability to stay in a the Disney Vacation Club Villas.  My kids love waking up to grandma and grandpa, and everyone appreciates having their own space!  I think each of the DVC properties is wonderful, but if you are looking for the most convenient in terms of location, I would vote for either the Beach Club or Boardwalk Villas.  Both of these properties are considered "Epcot resort areas", however, they are actually located near both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can walk to both parks from either resort.  (If you prefer not to walk, there are boat shuttles that take you to both parks.)  At both resorts, you enter Epcot via the International Gateway entrance (at the back of the parks near the countries.)  This entrance is MUCH less busy than the "front gates" and a pleasure to access.

In addition to their amazing location, both resorts are truly magnificent.  Stormalong Bay at the Beach Club might be the best-themed pool (it's actually a mini waterpark) at Disney!  The Boardwalk offers tons of wonderful dining options and free evening entertainment.

I think both are outstanding choices.  I hope you and your family have a magical trip!
