    Hello! My family and I will be traveling to Disney in April, and plan on getting there before check-in time. Are we able to have our bags held, and can we also use the Disney transport to the park even though we're not technically checked-in yet?

    I know you are excited about your Walt Disney World vacation coming up! I love the Walt Disney World Resorts and the Walt Disney World Transportation System!

    If you arrive early at your Walt Disney World Resort, you can store your suitcases with Bell Services at the Resort. Bell Services will give you a luggage claim ticket to provide to them to retrieve your luggage when you are ready to go to your room later that day. Also, you can explore and use the facilities. You can also request early check-in to your room request when you do your online check-in before your Walt Disney World vacation, so you might have the possibility of getting into your room early. The Walt Disney World Transportation System is complementary for all Walt Disney World Guests, so you can use it even before you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort.

    I have often left my luggage with Bell Services at my Walt Disney World Resort and headed to a theme park using the Walt Disney World Transportation System to begin my Walt Disney World vacation.
