My family has tickets to MNSSHP this year. Since our kids are little, we will have to leave the party early to take them back to the hotel for bedtime. After leaving, will my husband and I be able to get back into the park for the rest of the party?

    Hi Jacqueline,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

We went to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party a few times when our little guy was, well, littler, and we found that it was no problem to leave the Party and reenter Magic Kingdom Park a little later on. Just make sure that you double-check whether this is still the policy for this year’s Party dates, before you actually leave the Park.

A toddler travel tip that worked really well for us: we would shift his nap time to 3:00-5:00 (or sometimes even later) whenever we visited Walt Disney World Resort. That way, we would be able to attend events like the Halloween Party (or even Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party) with him. We obviously wouldn’t stay until the very end, but he would typically be able to stay awake quite happily until after the fireworks. If you want to attend the whole Party without having to leave to bring your kids home, that might be an option for you.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
