Hi there! My family and I have tickets to "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween" October 15th 2015. We will be in the Magic Kingdom park that day. Do we have to leave and come back in or can we check in somewhere else in the park to get our bracelet

Hey there, Paul! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's a great day to talk about ghosts and goblins and things that go bump in the night!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is certainly a must-do. I love the Mickey pumpkin decorations on Main Street, U.S.A., and I still get a chill when the Headless Horseman rides through the park before Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween parade. Eeeek!

Spending the day in the Magic Kingdom before the party begins is a great idea. Many people skip the Magic Kingdom on party days because of the park's early closing, so crowds are often a bit lighter. Just be sure to pace yourself for your late night of haunting ahead! And don't worry, you don't have to leave and come back into the park for the party. Typically, you'll just pick up a wrist band to show you have party tickets. You can find them at the entrance, as well as other locations around the park, after 4 p.m. Just ask the nearest Cast Member where you can get your wrist bands. They'll be happy to help.

I hope this helps you have a spooky good time at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Paul. Be sure to stop by again if we can answer any more questions.

    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
