    my family tickets will expire on september 26th. We will be there from january 8th to 23rd if the borders are open. Who should I contact to change the tickets validity?

    Welcome back to planDisney! Nothing makes me happier than helping a fellow Brazilian plan a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    We are in the same boat, my friend. I hope travel restrictions are lifted soon - I cannot wait to return to the magic! As you are aware, theme park tickets impacted by the temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort were automatically extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. 

    Since you are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of your unused tickets toward the purchase of new tickets for January 2022. It is unfortunately not possible to extend the expiration date again. To purchase new theme park admission, please call the Walt Disney World Resort in Brazil at (11) 4700-2835. If you bought tickets via a third party, like a travel agent, please contact them directly for assistance.
