    My family of three is staying at the Port Orleans Riverside in January, and have reserved a King room with the option of either one King bed, or the bed and a pull-down bed. How do we specify or request the option for the pull-down bed?

    Congratulations on your upcoming visit.  I think a Walt Disney World vacation sounds like the perfect way to start off the year! 

    Your family will adore Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.  The Southern charm and beautiful landscaping make this a favorite retreat of mine.  To note your request on your reservation, you may call Disney at (407) 939-5277 and ask that you would prefer the room with a pull-down available to better suit your family.  I also suggest calling the resort directly a few days before your arrival to ensure the request was noted.  You may reach the Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside Front Desk at (407) 934-7639. Please be aware room requests are not guaranteed, but Disney Cast Members will do everything they can to make it happen.
