Family of three, staying at the Pop Century July 2011, have booked a breakfast at Chef Mickey's on our checkout morning. Have a reservation for 11 am and I'm wondering Can we drive to & park at Contemporary, or check out of hotel on time and take the b

    Hi Joanne,

I just stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort a few weeks ago.  What a fun resort!  If you're a cheesecake fan, be sure to try their tie-dye cheesecake at the Everything Pop Food Court while you're there.  I've never seen anything like it.  My son was a big fan of the chocolate chip croissants too.

You most certainly can park at Disney's Contemporary Resort during your breakfast at Chef Mickey's.  When you pull up to the parking entrance at this resort, simply let the Cast Member know that you have a reservation to dine with Mickey and friends on the fourth floor of this classic resort.  He or she will give you a temporary parking pass that will allow you to park for a few hours while you dine.  If you plan to visit the Magic Kingdom or one of the other Disney theme parks later that day, you can simply move your car to that theme park's lot for free since you stayed the previous night at a Disney resort.  Just be sure to keep the printed dashboard sign that you received when you checked-in at Disney's Pop Century Resort as it will verify that you were a guest on property.

Wishing you a magical vacation next month!
