Bright suns, Cassandra!
An intergalactic trip to
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge sounds like the perfect family trip! My family loves visiting Batuu and going on an adventure together. Make sure you visit the Milk Stand and try both the blue and green milk. Your family can debate which one is superior.
Making a reservation at
Droid Depot is a fantastic idea! This unique experience is part of the Enchanting Extras Collection, which Guests can enjoy when they visit Walt Disney World Resort. Cassandra, just make sure that you and your fellow Resistance members have valid theme park tickets and reservations for Disney's Hollywood Studios on that day. As you mentioned, each Guest who is building an astromech unit
can bring one person with them into the experience area. At the Walt Disney World Resort, children under the age of three are considered "Guests of Mickey" and, therefore, they may accompany their parents/guardians for the Droid Depot experience without counting as an extra Guest. However, if all your boys are 3+ years old, one person in your party would not be able to enter the workshop without a third reservation. This is because space is extremely limited (real estate ain't cheap in Batuu). I hope that doesn't hamper your plans, Cassandra.
Since you'll be visiting the Black Spire Outpost, make sure you get a family photo in front of the Millenium Falcon. Whilst you're there, you should also experience
Millenium Falcon: Smuggler's Run. The line to this ride is so immersive that it feels like you're in a Star Wars movie.
May the Force be with you, Cassandra.
