    Our family is thinking about a trip to Vero Beach. The kids range from 4-13. What is there to do both at the resort and around Vero Beach. We are DVC members.

    We LOVE the relaxed and casual elegance of Florida's beautiful Atlantic Treasure Coast. Without question Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is one of our family favorites...we've gone every year since becoming Disney Vacation members!

    There are plenty of daily activities for the kids to enjoy with Disney Discovery Club. There's also a pirate water park for little ones to have a splashing great time. Be sure to head down to the campfire for your fill of fun folk songs and yummy s'mores.

    And while the kids are enjoying themselves, you can get pampered with a tranquil getaway to the onsite Spa...think bliss!

    Of course the best thing at Disney's Vero Beach Resort is the BEACH! We spend our days on the beach, there's nothing like taking in the beautiful scene of the coast from your beachside cabana. Don't forget to bring along a shovel and pail for your toddler to build sand castles.

    Each time we've visited Vero Beach we have had fun exploring the area and talking with locales - you won't find a more friendly bunch! We love the ocean-side farmers market, beach boutiques and nearby grocery stores.

    You won't be disappointed with a trip to this ocean side paradise! I wish you a magical and fun in the sun vacation.
