    My family and I are thinking about buying the quick service dining plan. We will be staying at Pop Century and I was wondering if you can use your dessert credit for prepackaged items, such as cookies or popcorn? Thanks

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I enjoy the Quick-Service Dining Plan because it gives us the most flexibility while exploring Walt Disney World Resort. My family has called Disney’s Pop Century Resort “home” on three occasions and I can’t seem to get enough of the cookies from Minnie’s Bakery they sell prepackaged in Everything Pop.

    With the Quick-Service Dining Plan you will enjoy two quick-service meal credits and one snack credit for each night of stay in a Disney resort. There is no mention specifically of a dessert credit but with this dining plan you will receive a beverage, entree and dessert for each meal credited toward lunch or dinner. Any Cast Member in the dining area will direct you to refrigerated cases, baked goods shelves and dry goods shelves explaining which items qualify as a dessert. Some prepackaged items in the past have qualified.  I would definitely ask and if your choice doesn’t qualify, then indulge in the the cakes and ice cream. Yummy!

    You may use your snacks for prepackaged deliciousness like cookies, Mickey rice crispy treats, candy bars, popcorn and other wonderful Disney sweet treats.
