If your family has already purchased
Theme Park Tickets, they'll want to make sure that each ticket is linked and assigned to the appropriate Guest in My Disney Experience. You won't be able to make those reservations if everyone doesn't have a ticket that's assigned to them. Once that's done and everyone who has an account is linked via the Family & Friends List, you should be good to go to make your Lightning Lane selections.
Pro-tip: If you still can't see everyone closer to your trip, reach out to chat with a Cast Member in the app for further assistance. Just tap the 3-lined icon in the bottom right corner of your
My Disney Experience app, and tap the Chat With Us section.
