    Hello! My family and I will be taking the Wonder Cruise in May. We are new to cruising and to Disney. I'm trying to see how best to take advantage of the concierge services we purchased. Can you give us newbies some insider tips?

    Ahoy, Steven!

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hEAR that you booked your very first cruise with Captain Mickey! My husband and I had never been on a cruise before our inaugural voyage on Disney Cruise Line. It only took one Disney Cruise and now we're hooked! Haha!

    You will receive exceptional customer service throughout your voyage by every Cast Member you meet! As a Concierge-level Guest, you'll receive customer service that's beyond anything you could imagine - and it starts even before you set sail! You can inform the Concierge Team what your desired preferences are for onboard bookings as well as Port Adventures 125 days prior to your sail date, and they will make every effort to reserve the bookings on your behalf when the 120-day booking window opens! (If your itinerary stops at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, I highly recommend booking a coveted private cabana!)

    Once onboard, you'll have exclusive access to the Concierge Lounge (located on Deck 10 of the Disney Wonder) which will have complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day. You'll also receive special invitations to private events just for the Concierge Guests! After you board the ship on embarkation day, the Concierge Team will usually host a welcome reception! There, you'll receive a portfolio containing your family's pre-booked events as well as any special events the Concierge Team may have in store for you throughout the cruise! Also, your stateroom will be packed with upgraded amenities just waiting for you to enjoy!
