Hi Corrie,
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! My family loves a stay at
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. We love the sleek and modern decor, and the walking distance to Magic Kingdom Park is wonderful.
Yes, as a guest staying at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, you will be able to use the Skyway Bridge that connects the fifth floor of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort to the fourth floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort. Even though you are not a member of Disney Vacation Club, you will still be able to use the Skyway Bridge because you will be a guest at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The Skyway Bridge is very convenient to head to the shopping, dining, and monorail at Disney's Contemporary Resort. You may find that you need to use your
MagicBand or Key to the World Card to gain access to the Skyway Bridge; however, this access will be granted to you for the duration of your stay as a guest at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
I hope that this information is helpful for you, Corrie. Have a great time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
