    Hi! My family and I are taking our first Disney cruise on November 30th out of San Juan. Do we receive lanyards if on the concierge level or should I plan to bring them with me? Thank you

    Thanks so much for sailing by!  How exciting that your first Disney Cruise is right around the corner.  And what a treat that you will be sailing in Concierge accommodations.  Complementary lanyards for holding key to the world cards are provided to Castaway Club Members (who are passengers who have sailed with Disney Cruise Lines at least once before). They are color coded based on Membership level:  silver, gold and platinum.  So while you won't receive a lanyard on your first voyage, you can expect to receive one on upcoming sailings.  While a variety of lanyards are available onboard in the gift shop, I brought some very inexpensive ones from a dollar store on our first sailing, and they worked great.  If you are a Disney Vacation Club member by chance, you can also pick up a complimentary DVC lanyard onboard.
