    My family is taking our first Disney cruise on the Dream late February! Can you explain how the dining works? Are we each given one breakfast, lunch and dinner a day? After we use those do we pay extra for meals like a hamburger? Thanks we are so excited!

    Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel site!  Your countdown has definitely begun and I'm sure you and your family are super excited to go on the magnificent Disney Dream. February is almost here!

    You will have a grand time dining on the Dream! On embarkation day, you will be assigned a specific dinner rotation between the 3 main dining rooms:  Enchanted Garden, Royal Palace and Animator's Palate. You'll be able to visit each dining room throughout your 5-day cruise. Don't worry - printed on your Key To the World Card is your reminder of where you'll be having dinner everyday. Your wonderful dining team follows you with your rotation. All your meals (except at Palo & Remy)  are already included in the cost of your cruise! Cabanas is a casual buffet dining room serving either breakfast or lunch.  Poolside dining at Flo's Cafe is also included for that anytime meal throughout the day, as well as Ice Cream at Frozone's. 

    You do pay an additional cost to dine at the Adult Exclusive restaurants, Palo and Remy (by reservation for Brunch or Dinner).  Also available at an additional cost are alcoholic beverages and the Drinks of the Day.

    The Dream offers something for everyone whether you've got picky buccaneers or the more adventurous ones!  Have a great time sailing the high seas with Captain Mickey!
