Hi Wai Sum Karen!
Thanks for sailing over to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited for your family's upcoming inaugural Disney Cruise! You will love sailing to the Bahamas with Captain Mickey at the helm! When you dock on
Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, you'll be in awe of the beautiful sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. I highly recommend
snorkeling while on the island, too!
Thinking about debarkation day is never fun; however, you asked a really good question! Guests will dine with their Server and Assistant Server one last time on the morning of debarkation. If your family ate dinner during the
Main Seating, you will have breakfast around 6:45 a.m. on the final morning before leaving the ship. If you enjoyed Second Seating for dinner throughout your cruise, you'll have breakfast around 8:00 a.m. on that final morning. Once the ship is cleared (around 7:30 a.m.), announcements will be made instructing Guests to debark the ship. All Guests must exit the ship by 9:00 a.m.
I highly recommend looking into
Disney Cruise Line's Ground Transportation to take you to the Orlando International Airport the morning you disembark the ship. This service will also pick you up from the Orlando International Airport and take you to Port Canaveral the morning you arrive!
If you have any future questions, please come back and visit us again! We would love to help make your first Disney Cruise a magical one!
Beth
