My family will be taking a cruise on the Fantasy in June for the first time. I read recently that guest services was discouraging people from dropping off the pillowcases for characters to sign. Is this true, or can we still take the pillowcases? Thank U

    Hi Ellen,

Congratulations on your upcoming Disney cruise!  I'm so excited to hear that you'll be sailing on the gorgeous Disney Fantasy!  It's an amazing ship, and you are going to have such an extraordinarily good time.  I wish I was going with you:)

I have dropped off pillowcases for character signatures at Guest Services many times throughout the years.  I've never had anyone at Guest Services discourage me from leaving them.  In fact, I recently called the cruise line to ask and was told that the only thing that was limited, in reference to dropping an item off at Guest Services, is the amount of items.  At this time, each stateroom is allowed to leave two items at Guest Services.  This is the first time I've heard anything like this.  Go ahead and take your pillowcases Ellen, you won't have any problems.

Have a wonderful time on your sailing....please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.  Bon voyage Ellen!
