Hi Breanna!
I'm so incredibly sorry to hear that you're not feeling well! I've been in your shoes before, and it's no fun at all. Your health is the most important thing right now, so please take all the time you need to feel better.
If you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, I recommend calling the front desk or having a non-sick family member visit the concierge desk. Explain the situation and see if there's anything they can do to help move your tickets to another day. Disney cast members are usually very understanding and may be able to offer some options.
If you're not feeling well enough to leave the room or aren't staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you should
contact the ticket line directly. Let them know what’s going on and they might be able to provide some solutions. While I can't make any guarantees, Disney often tries to accommodate guests in situations like this.
As a nurse first, I want to make sure you're taking care of yourself. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and consider adding Powerade or Pedialyte today to help rehydrate. If you need assistance and are staying on property, don't hesitate to call the front desk—they can help you find a doctor if necessary.
Take it slow today, get plenty of rest, and I hope you're able to continue your Disney journey soon. Feel better!
