Hey there, Candace, and welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you're planning an exciting vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth - you must be so excited! I am thrilled to answer this question for you, because I recently had the opportunity to tour a couple of the amazing Family Suites at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort!
It sounds like you're hoping to book two Family Suites for your upcoming vacation. While you can absolutely request adjoining (side-by-side or nearby) rooms at check-in, there is not currently an option for connecting two Family Suites. A Family Suite is such a great option for large parties because they have a ton of space (they sleep up to six people), and there's a door that separates the bedroom from the living area! A separate door is a game-changer when you're traveling with little ones. My kiddos would definitely get excited about sleeping on the pull-down bed that transforms into a table! Perhaps one of the best benefits of a Family Suite is that there are two full bathrooms and a kitchenette! This is key when you're all getting ready for an exciting day at the Disney Theme Parks, or bathing the kids after a visit to the pool.
Did you know that an October visit means you'll be at the Most Magical Place on Earth right in the middle of spooky season? My family absolutely loved dressing up as Peter Pan and his pals for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party - it's one of our favorite Disney memories! You'll also get to experience the always-amazing
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to enjoy all that autumn has to offer at Walt Disney World Resort!
Candace, I hope you're enjoying your countdown to your vacation. It'll be here before you know it! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have!
See you real soon!
