Hey there Karen! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for dropping by with such a great question!
I spoke with a Walt Disney World Cast Member and confirmed that you can request an adjoining room when booking a family suite at
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. However, they would not be connecting. In my Disney traveling experience, adjoining rooms typically translate to “close to one another." I’m not sure if this would meet your needs, especially if you are traveling with younger kids.
One option is to book two rooms at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and request connecting rooms. While connecting rooms can be requested, please know they are not be guaranteed. If you choose to book two rooms, I recommend considering
Disney’s Pop Century Resort. Pop Century Resort gives you an additional transportation option with the
Disney Skyliner, which puts you only moments away from
EPCOT and
Disney’s Hollywood Studios! If you book your reservation over the
phone, a Cast Member may be able to assist with reserving the connecting rooms due to the size of your party.
I hope this helps, Karen! If you have more questions while planning, stop back by and
ask me. No matter which option you choose, you’ll soon be immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World!
Until next time,
PG
