My family and I are striving to eat more of a plant-based diet. Are there good or exciting options for plant-based meals at Walt Disney World?

Hey there, Matt! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I’m so glad that you asked this question. In short, the answer to your question is, yes! Last year Walt Disney World introduced hundreds of plant-based food options at Disney Springs, Disney Parks and Walt Disney World Resort hotels. So whether you’re visiting Magic Kingdom Park or grabbing a bite in a galaxy far, far away, at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, you’ll find multiple plant-powered dishes to enjoy.

In fact, during my last trip to Batuu (which is quite far from Kansas) I stopped by Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo to try Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread which includes plant-based meatballs, herb hummus, tomato-cucumber relish, and pita. Let me tell you, it was out of this world!

As a side tip, be sure to download the My Disney Experience app and try out mobile ordering at more than 20 locations.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day, Matt!
