If our family stays on site and want a dining plan do we have to have it for the entire stay or can we have it for part of the stay? We are going to other parks and wont use the plans on the days we are out of the parks for the day. Thank you.

    Hello, Kehly,

Thank you for sending us your question about the Disney Dining Plan.  When you book a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, you will have the option to add the Disney Dining Plan. It is based on your entire length of stay, so you are not able to select it for a specific number of days.  However, the dining credits are not divided up by days, so you are allowed a lot of flexibility in how they are used.  My thought is that if you have a day or two where you aren't using any, you might enjoy visiting some of the Signature Restaurants that use 2 Meals credits (not available on the Quick-Service Dining Plan). You can explore a list of all of the participating restaurants by clicking on the provided link.   Similarly, you may also have some extra snack credits at the end of your trip, so you can go on what could feel like a shopping spree to bring some Disney snacks home with you.  I can share nothing helps me get over the Disney post-trip blues like a piece of fudge from the Magic Kingdom!

If we can help with any further questions, please let us know.  Wishing you a magical trip!  -Kara
