My family will be stayings at the Coronado springs resort for a week in august and we have a water view room booked.. My son is 4 years old and I was wondering if you could suggest the best section to request for. I realize it is a very large resort.

    Hi Patty!

The Coronado Springs Resort is a very large Disney Moderate Resort. Generally speaking, I prefer to stay in a room close to the food court, the main pool, and a bus stop. Unfortunately, because of the size of the resort, that is basically impossible at Coronado Springs. If you do not have your own car then I recommend requesting that you be located close to a bus stop and that should take precedence over the theme of the section your room will be in (which is what I think you were asking). In other words I recommend just requesting the closest room to any bus stop to cut down on travel time; this will also be a big plus if you have young children in your party. The only exception to this would be if you have your own car or if you know you want to spend a lot of time at the main pool. In that case, I would recommend a room closest to the Dig Site, the main pool's location. Again, I write this due to the overall size of the resort.

I hope this helps. Please write back with more questions.
