    My family will be staying at Wilderness Lodge with my mom who has mobility issues. What room(s) should I request so that she will need to walk as little as possible?

    Hi Kris!
    Rather than request a room in advance, which cannot be guaranteed, the best thing to do is speak to the Cast Member at check-in. Explain your situation to them and they will immediately get on the phone to try to find the room that is most appropriate for your Mom. Please keep in mind that you may not get THE closest room to say, the elevator or the lobby, but they will do their best to get you the closest POSSIBLE room.
