    My family will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge in March and we are going to the Lua at the Polynesian. How can we get there if we don't have a rental car?

    The Wilderness Lodge is one of my favorite resorts because it is so close to Magic Kingdom, but still feels secluded.

    Boats run from the Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom every few minutes. I would suggest that you take the boat, and then the resort monorail to the Polynesian. The entrance to the monorail is near the boat dock.

    Both the boat ride and the monorail ride are relatively short, just a few minutes each. It's always good to allow plenty of time to travel between resorts, though,  just in case there is a wait to board. You don't want to feel rushed..

    Another option would be to take a cab, which I've found to be relatively inexpensive on property. Recently, my husband and I were running late for a dinner reservation at Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge and grabbed a taxi from Epcot so that we could make it on time. The cost was less than $20, including tip. The Polynesian is a much shorter distance.
