My family will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge Dec 7-12. My daughter loves the pool at the WL but I am concerned that it may be to cold for swimming in December. We have stayed at the WL several times and I can't remember, is the pool heated? Thanks!

    Hi Stefanie:

Thanks for sending another question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  December weather in Florida can be very inconsistent, but I have found that there is usually a day where the weather is nice enough for us to head down to the pool without being completely frozen.  The pool at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is heated, so more guests will be inclined to jump in and enjoy the water.  I would suggest looking at the extended forecast prior to your vacation and choose the warmest day for a swim!

    Have a magical day!
