My family and I are staying for a week but will visit the parks for just two days. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. What parks would little one most enjoy?

    Hi, there!

Welcome back to planDisney, Genises. We just love when you stop by with your planning questions!

My guys were 3-years old and 13-months when they made their first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. That trip made for so many priceless memories! My heart nearly burst when I saw their sweet little faces light up with joy in the theme parks. I know you and your little ones will have a magical visit too!

To answer your question, Magic Kingdom Park is an absolute must-do for families traveling with little ones in tow. This theme park has lots of family-friendly attractions that are just perfect for Guests of all ages! My preschooler especially loves exploring Fantasyland. With attractions like Peter Pan's  Flight, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, this area of the park completely immerses her in the magic of Disney storytelling! Your kiddos will also enjoy the impromptu Character Cavalcades that travel down the parade route.

As for which other park to visit, that's a difficult choice! Disney's Hollywood Studios has lots of incredible offerings, especially with Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, but there aren't currently a lot of experiences available for infants and preschoolers. I recommend choosing between EPCOT or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park for your vacation.

At EPCOT, your little ones can take dive into The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Once your family exits this attraction, you can explore a massive 5.7 million-gallon saltwater aquarium. My 13-month old had the most precious interaction there through the glass with a scuba diver! Your kids will also enjoy sailing through Arendelle on Frozen Ever After and down the Rio Grande on The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros.

At Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, you can't miss Kilimanjaro Safaris, an awesome guided tour of an African savanna. There are tons of Animal Encounters at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park! A visit to this park always makes for a wild adventure.

To choose between EPCOT and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, I encourage you to explore the webpage for both. You may find that one just interests your unique family more than the other!

I hope this was helpful, Genises. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
