    My family is staying at the Villas at the Grand Floridian in February. I would like to mail a box ahead of time. Can you provide me with the mailing address? Anyone's attention specifically? Ok if it gets there 1-2 days before the family?

    Hi Kevin! You can absolutely mail a box to the Walt Disney World Resort you will be visiting ahead of your arrival date. Simply address your package to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, butmake it to your attention, including your reservation number andarrival date. When your box arrives the staff will know it's for a guest and they can referenceyour reservation number and arrival date and store it until yourarrival.

    Using a handy sharpie marker, the front of your box should look like this:

    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
    Attention: Your Name Here 
    4401 Floridian Way
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida
    32830-8451

    Reservation # xxxx
    Date of Arrival 2/xx/2014

    You can also call the resort at 407-824-3000 to let them know you will be sending a package so they can be on the look out.
