Hello. My family is staying at All Stars Movie resort. We're on the quick service dining plan for 5 nights. What is the best use of and smartest way to use a snack credit? Can you give a few examples from each theme park and my resort. Much Thanks!

Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacy-Felice!

You are going to love your stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, and the Quick-Service Dining Plan is a great way to plan your dining dollars!

Because you'll be visiting Walt Disney World during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, you'll want to use many of your Dining Plan snack credits at Global Marketplaces. Many of the small plates that are listed at each location count as snacks on your plan. Hands down, these are the best value: so delicious!

Some favorite snack items include Magic Kingdom's Plaza Ice Cream Parlor (ice cream sundaes, cookie sandwiches and floats), Aloha Isle (Dole Whip Float) and Lunching Pad (Mickey Pretzel). At Disney's Hollywood Studios, look for Sweet Spells on Sunset Boulevard (carrot cake cookies), Min and Bill's Dockside Diner (milkshake) and Rosie's All-American Cafe (soup). At Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, we love Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery (pastries), Flame Tree Barbecue (onion ring basket; fries) and Terra Treats (gluten-free!)

A great unofficial list of Disney Dining Plan snacks is at AllEars.Net; enter "dining plan snacks" into their search bar, resulting in a list of locations and descriptions of items that count as a snack credit at the time each article was posted.

Also, bring water with you, saving those credits for more substantial items.

Send more questions as you think of them; we love to help!
