Stephen Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

MY family and I are staying at the All Star Music in August, and we would like to know when will we know what parks have magic hours and what days will they be on for each park? Its just so we can plan what day we are doing things for our fast passes.

Hi, Stephen! Thanks for bringing another great question to us! Walt Disney World Resort usually releases theme park hours for each day about 180 days in advance. When the hours are announced, the plan for Extra Magic Hours is also released. Keep an eye on the Park Hours tab in the My Disney Experice mobile app or on the website for your days, which should be released in the next few weeks!

Since the park hours are released so far in advance, you will not have to worry about having enough time for FastPass+ planning. Since you will be styaing at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you will make those FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of your check-in date. I have a great tip to share with you about making those selections - once you hit that magical 60-day mark, you will be able to make your plans for the entire length of your Resort hotel stay! So you may want to go ahead and write up a plan for FastPass+ selections you would like to make each day. In my experience, I tend to push my visits to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park towards the end of our trip for better FastPass+ availability for popular attractions, such as Avatar Flight of Passage and Slinky Dog Dash.

I hope this information helps you make some great plans for your pixie-dusted adventures! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
