Hi! my family of 5 is staying at POR in Sept . I already booked & requested a priority room w/ Murphy bed. My parents have now decided to come with us. Does anyone know if POR has connecting rooms available in this section? Thanks!

Having stayed in connecting rooms at Port Orleans Riverside in the Alligator Bayou section, I can tell you from first-hand experience that they absolutely do exist, Stacey.  My family of six stayed in a standard room there when our youngest was under the age of three.  My parents stayed in a connecting room with my nephew and grandmother.  All told, there were ten of us vacationing together and we were all accommodated within two connecting rooms at Port Orleans Riverside in the Alligator Bayou section of the resort.  We were so happy with lodge 18, and its convenience to the main lobby and food court.  I hope that your accommodations are equally pleasing.  Enjoy your trip!

I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
