My family is staying at POR 2/11. Read some good reviews on bus service but many have mentioned feeling second class to POFQ w/ busses. Wondering if we'd be better off to just walk 10 min. to POFQ e/ AM? We stayed at PC '09 w/ no bus probs & hope 4 s

    Hi Jennifer!

The Disney buses are shared between the Port Orleans French Quarter and the Port Orleans Riverside Resorts. The Disney buses stop at French Quarter first and then continue on to the four Riverside bus stops (North, West, South, and East).  Based on my experience, since I have stayed at both Port Orleans Resorts, the buses tend to be more full by the time they arrive at Port Orleans Riverside and sometimes it is standing room only depending on the time of day.  Staying at Port Orleans Riverside is not second class even thought the buses stop there second!  You will not be saving any time by walking to the French Quarter to get on the bus because they will be coming to Riverside anyway.

I hope that you have a magical time in Walt Disney World on your next trip!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
