Hi Helen,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney!
Let the countdown begin! Your arrival date is quickly approaching. First, I suggest that you double check to make sure you booked the same room category for all three rooms. If so, there is a better chance that your room request might be possible!
You can try a few strategies. First, when you do
online check-in for each room, be sure to enter the same room location requests. Second, you could call to speak with a cast member and ask them to make a note with the request on the reservations. Finally, when you arrive, you can stop by the front desk to speak with a cast member and make the request.
If you do online check-in, double-check your room assignments once you receive the notification that your rooms are ready. I always take a look at a resort map to check the location prior to going to the room. If my room is not where I requested, I typically go by the front desk to double-check to see if they have seen the request.
Of course, room requests are not guaranteed, but cast members will do their best!
Disney's Pop Century Resort is one of my favorite resort hotels. My girls and I have stayed here when doing girls' trips in the past. We love that it has access to the
Disney Skyliner.
Helen, having traveled with family in the past, I understand the importance of room proximity! If your rooms are not as close as you would prefer, do not worry. We just pick a common place to meet-up when heading to the dining area or other areas of the resort. We enjoy the resort activities together as well. Just look for the posted signs with the resort activities when you arrive to the resort hotel so that you can see where they are located. In the spirit of Tiana, I am sending a wish to the Evening Star hoping that you do get those rooms close to one another!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
