My family is staying at the Pop Century in Jan 2013 in a standard room. Can you tell me what building or section would be closest to the food court and bus stops for a standard room? Also do they have rollaway beds so my kids don't have to share a bed?

    Hi Lori-Ann,

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

There's one main building at Pop Century that houses the front desk, the food court, the arcade, and the store.  The bus stop is right outside in front of it.  The Preferred Rooms are closest to that main building, called Classic Hall.  You'll want to be in a Standard Room in the 1970's or 1950's.  If you are putting in a room request, I suggest just requesting that you be put in a Standard Room closest to Classic Hall.  That really explains to the Disney Cast Member working on your room assignment what is really important to you.

The rooms are pretty tight at Pop Century especially if you have two double beds in your room.  You can try request a roll-away bed but I have been told that they won't let you use them in a two double bed room.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
