Hi! My family will be staying at the Poly in April. We desperately want to do the private surfing sessions at Typhoon Lagoon (the one at night where you rent the whole pool out). I cannot find a way to make this reservation. Help!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathryn! What a splish-splashing fun time you’re about to have! Staying at Disney’s Polynesian Village and Resort is my favorite way to bed down at Walt Disney World Resort.

You can find all the private surfing lessons at Typhoon Lagoon right here on the Surf Lessons webpage. While the types of lessons may change over time (group lessons, one on one, etc.), you’ll still be able to learn to ride the wave as you hop on board. Simply call a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-7529 to book your lesson, or inquire about the specific type of surfing lesson that you are looking for. The 3-hour surfing lesson comes packed with 100 big waves, which means you’ll have lots of time to shout COWABUNGA!

If you need more helping booking a magical experience, please let me know. I’m all about trying new things and packing my trips with memories. I’ll see ya’ real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
